Hello. Good time. My device is Media Star”ms-10000vitaly”. I clicked on the “os update” option on the device. to perform the update. After the update, the device was reset and did not turn on. Even the front panel did not turn on. The repair work requires a flash dump file. Therefore, please make this file available to me.

I bought a Media Star 10000 Vitali device and updated it with the latest version of the program, and after that I had no problems. In the device menu, there was an “os update” option, which I thought would update the device again. But after updating the device, It turned off and did not turn on again. Even the front panel of the device does not turn on. The repairmen say that it must be flashed. I do not have the file manager, and I sent a file that is attached to this request for repair work, which says that this file is not there.
