HD BOX S500 CI PRO is the latest combined satellite receiver , which is equipped with a tuner for digital television DVB-T2/C, a built-in CI slot that supports official CI+ CAM modules version 1.3 from the operators NTV-Plus, Tricolor, MTS TV and one universal card reader for the operator Telecard. Additionally, the ability to connect to IPTV operators and watch video clips from the largest popular video hosting site YouTube is available.

DESCRIPTION :

HD BOX S500 CI PRO is a combined satellite receiver based on a high-performance ALI M3529 processor, which ensures stable operation of all functional applications of the receiver, supports reception of satellite channels in the DVB-S/S2 standard, including T2-MI transponders. Reception of digital terrestrial channels in the DVB-T/T2 standard and cable DVB-C is supported. The receiver supports receiving TV channels in both standard SD and high HD quality using the H.265 HEVC compression format. It has a built-in CI slot necessary for working with modules of official operators and one card reader.

Connection to a wireless Internet network is carried out using an external USB Wi-Fi adapter or by connecting to a 3G modem set-top box; it is also possible to connect using the Lan port, thanks to this the functions of the receiver are expanded and the following become available: IPTV player, YouTube video service and Weather.

Thanks to the external IR receiver, there will be no problems with switching channels using the standard remote control when the receiver is located behind an LCD panel or Hi-Fi rack. Connection to the TV is via HDMI or composite AV output, and the device is also equipped with a digital optical S/PDIF input, which together provides excellent picture and sound quality.

The receiver body is made of plastic and equipped with two USB 2.0 connectors; the main controls of the POWER, MENU, CH +/-, OK buttons are located on the front panel.
